The fifth annual Yoga Show will open its doors on October 31st for three days of yoga workshops, lectures, demonstrations, children’s programs and much more.
The event, which promotes “all things yoga under one roof,” will take place at the Olympia National Hall in London, England.

Aaaah…another flight with my 18-month-old son.
When he was a baby, it used to be an extremely easy way to travel. He would share my seat, gurgling and cooing his way through the flight.
Now, of course, it’s a different story.

For a beginning yoga student, adjusting to the flow of a yoga class can have its challenges. Perhaps you sometimes lose your place when the teacher is moving quickly through a sun-salutation, or you have no idea what a downward dog pose looks like. Oh, and by the way – when do you get to breathe?!

Recently, I attended the Yoga Health Festival with Global Mala in LA and was fortunate enough to be introduced to a new magazine called YogaMom.
In the launch of its six-page preview, YogaMom gave us an essence of the variety of features that future issues will hold. The magazine’s mission is to find ways for mothers to achieve balance in their lives while ensuring a healthy lifestyle, not only for themselves but also for their families.
