Yoga Can Help Depression

Having suffered from bouts of depression in my 20’s I can say that yoga was the one consistent practice that stabilized my dips.


Yoga is more than just a form of exercise.

It attunes us to deeper feelings and develops an awareness of support and connections in our lives. I recommend books and articles by Patricia Walden and Amy Weintraub specifically on how yoga can help someone suffering from depression.
