Start Your Yoga Plan
Even though I’ve been doing yoga for almost 20 years now, it’s often difficult for me to motivate myself to get on that yoga mat and do a yoga exercise session and it’s usually when I need it most- during stressful times when I’m exhausted.
That’s where a routine with a set schedule really helps:
– usually if I just do it at the same time for 3 days, no matter how long, I’ll get back into a regular yoga practice.
So even when my body doesn’t want to budge, my mind demands I move it! Start with the simplest yoga session for a few minutes, but do it regularly and see how you’ll start looking forward to that time of day.
