What an Honour

Christina Souza Ma

The whole team here at YogaHub has been consistently kept on our toes.

We began the year building the 1st Virtual World Yoga Conference in 93 days. Yes, that was quite the whirlwind. Then we had to spend time in post-production, rebalancing ourselves from all the wonderful but swift flow. (more…)

Getting Back to Yoga Again

Christina Souza Ma

It’s been an interesting journey for me these past few months. I had been wanting to return to my daily yoga practice with my partner and whoever else was interested in joining me. I used to have such a wonderful personal practice that was so inspiring and energizing, so to suddenly not have it was difficult. (more…)

Balancing Act

Christina Souza Ma

How funny that lately my flow of thought continues to be about balance.

This whole month of July has just swept by, filled with the illusions of life that surrounded every situation and moment. The illusions have flowed like dreams, from one scenario to another. Like a river as the water trips and falls over stones and boulders, never knowing where it is going to end up. That was my month of July. (more…)

Lunar Eclipse, Solar Eclipse . . . .

Christina Souza Ma

Whoa! Are you feeling the shifts?
I certainly am. My attempts to keep myself grounded have been like dust in the wind,

The days are flying by like particles. Particles that I cannot grasp and, on the off-chance that I do grasp a few grains, it’s only momentarily before they fall out of the palm of my hand. (more…)

What Do We NEED?

Christina Souza Ma

My little one has a habit of saying “I need this Mummy”, and I always shift it by reminding him to say, “I would like this please” or “may I have this please?”.

I ask myself where and how he captured the word “need” in his vocabulary? It’s a very strong statement to make. (more…)

Shifting the Balance

Christina Souza Ma

This week has been another week of transitions. Transitions of all kinds for me and those around me.

I recently came to learn about several others who have been diagnosed with cancer, as well as some who have passed away during this past year. There seems to be such a major shift on this planet, resulting in how we are being affected in our lives and in the lives of those around us. (more…)

Making Myself Laugh More!

Christina Souza Ma

I love it. . .Laughter Yoga. Who would have known?

Over the past few months, I was so busy rebalancing my life that I did not have much of a chance to listen to some of the wonderful workshops from our 1st Virtual World Yoga Conference or to actually do the exercises – until my teleseminar with Jill and Dan Johnson. (more…)

Stop the Whirlwind!

Christina Souza Ma

I’ve spent years working feverishly, keeping up with business and not realizing that my personal life was coming second…until now.

I’ve come to realize that my tsunami was a result of catering to the needs of others. It was necessary for them to proceed in their flow…not mine. Upon realizing this, I have now had to stop and make changes. I need to move and flow in life and business at my pace and not necessarily at the pace of others. (more…)

Are You In Touch?

Christina Souza Ma

Have you felt the speed of each day? How each day seems to pass by so quickly? What happened to the days where we spent time day dreaming? Listening to music while sipping a glass of wine?

I thought it was just me who was caught up in a whirlwind of attempting to balance life and business. But no, it has affected many others. The technology in the world today has actually sped up the the way we do things – learning, communicating, playing. (more…)

Turmoil of the Heart

Christina Souza Ma

Have you ever had to make decisions and choices that affect others’ wellbeing?

Not easy, is it?

I just realized recently that I have been blinded yet again in my life. Maybe not so much blinded, but I’ve put blinders up on either side of my head so that I could not use my peripheral vision. (more…)
