Yoga Journal Conference – San Francisco

Have you registered yet? August is here and it is now time to register for the Yoga Journal Conference in San Francisco on January 18-21, 2008. This annual event will take place at the Hyatt Regency in the Embarcadero Center.By the looks of it, it promises to provide a host of activities where you can gather with like minded friends and family who are seeking a time to retreat and rejuvenate. This is also great time to discover ways to expand your practice at whatever level through a series of intensive classes with some of the most popular and respected yoga teachers.

Some of the listed teachers will be Seane Corne, Rodney Yee and Anna Forest. In addition they are providing some very special events such as Trance Dance with Sheva Rea or sessions that will discuss yoga as medicine.And after you have exhausted yourself through all the good work you are doing for your body and spirit, there will be an opportunity to browse through the yoga products and services marketplace. It doesn’t hurt to allow your spirit to be pampered just a bit after a good workout!
