For those like myself trying to make our way through techo-lingo, I'm including a link to a wonderful index of terms available on my friend Mark Glaser's blog for Public Broadcast Company (PBS) entitled 
I see the term “integrative health” being used more and more. Public Broadcasting Television featured an excellent show on the subject entitled "New Medicine." The idea is that everything in your life contributes to your wellness. 
Reading medical articles on measuring the health effects of different yoga practice and specific yoga postures. Tons of stuff showing an almost immediate positive result for the heart, blood pressure, muscles. A very recent one proves that even a once a week session maintained regularly over time will prevent the weight gain associated with aging. How much more can you ask for!
