YogaHub at SYTAR

YogaHub is embarking on a new area of its services to the YogaHub community. As we have spoken of before, one of our goals is to attend conferences with the intent of interviewing teachers, scholars and participants. We were all very excited to be able to make the SYTAR (Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research) conference our first event.

Over the next few weeks we will be sharing with you the inspirational keynote address given by Matthew Sanford, the compassionate insights of Nischala Devi, the humor and dedication of the Phoenix Rising team and the encouragement of Gary Kraftsow, author of Yoga for Wellness and Yoga for Transformation. And this is just a sampling of the conversations we had during our two days at the event.

We are very appreciative of the support of the Yoga Developments staff, especially Veronica and Ivan Zador for their generous offerings and access to the event. In addition, we want to send our thanks to the presenters, teachers and participants who took time out of their busy schedules to meet with us. The YogaHub team walked away with the treasures of their imparted wisdom.
