Yoga for A Friend

– I carry her in my heart.

She is experiencing some emotional and physical turmoil and does not want to go to a yoga class being so up and down.

So I am her substitute soul-body, doing the work she can’t right now.

Dedicate a session to a friend, because you are there and they are not. Visualize streaming your health in the form of prana, life force energy, to them. It is a form of distance praying with your body!
