Cruise Line Offers Yoga for Kids
Have you ever wanted to take a cruise but wondered how to keep your children entertained so that you can relax and enjoy yourself? Well, you may be able to make that dream cruise come true now, thanks to a great new program that’s recently been introduced by a major cruise line.
As part of an ongoing effort to provide a variety of workout options, Princess Cruise Lines now offers an in-cabin option called Fitness@Sea. The in-cabin series offers televised stretching, cardio, and flexibility programming that can be done comfortably in the average-size cabin.
The Cruise Line also recognizes the need for young people to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle and has therefore also recently expanded its programming for youth. The Yoga Program for teens and children is a 30- to 60-minute class and is free for youth and any parents who would like to participate.
In addition, the cruise line continues to offer onboard exercise programs such as yoga, meditation, Tai Chi and the newly popular Wii Fit that also incorporates a yoga program.[tags]yoga for kids on cruise ship, Princess Cruise Line, in-cabin video yoga, Fitness at Sea[/tags]
