The Power of Breath to Heal Pain

It may be drawing attention to something you have ignored or it may be the result of an extended and necessary healing process.

It gets our attention and reminds us of something, someone or some greater energy moving thru us.

It’s not enough just to say that we “”learn” from our pain- ask yourself what set off this alarm system in you?

Be specific.

Be honest.

Know that you also have the capability to redirect your attention and release painful patterns and habits in your life.

Now send your own healing breath to the site of your pain. Or think of someone who you feel has great healing energy and visualize their presence in your life. Know that you can apply this to any aspect in your life, whether you are experiencing pain physically, mentally, emotionally or even spiritually.
