I’ve been working literally like crazy recently. Since half of the YH team members were gone during the holidays, the rest of us had to work twice as hard to prepare everything for the upcoming virtual yoga conference. As some of you have already read in my previous blog, I went to Prescott, Arizona to attend the film festival because the feature film I worked on was being screened. A week prior to the trip with my co-directors, there was heavy rain in Los Angeles and I guess in Prescott as well. Because of the storm, I was told that the small town was covered by snow. 
Since I was so sick two weeks ago, I spent last week recovering. It truly is a wonderful thing to be healthy, and it’s something that must be constantly striven for because it can disappear in the blink of an eye.

I, however, do not look like any of the above-mentioned names; far from it, in fact.

In my first blog about this workout, I basically got wrecked by the routine. Well, it’s been about two weeks since I first started, and I wanted to try it again just to see what kind of improvement I was able to make.

2 - 25 dead lifts at 135 lbs
3 - 50 box jumps
4 - 50 push-ups
5 - 25 floor wipers at 135 lbs
