Shifting the Balance

Christina Souza Ma

This week has been another week of transitions. Transitions of all kinds for me and those around me.

I recently came to learn about several others who have been diagnosed with cancer, as well as some who have passed away during this past year. There seems to be such a major shift on this planet, resulting in how we are being affected in our lives and in the lives of those around us.

This massive oil spill in our beautiful ocean waters is like the cancer that so many are experiencing.

How often do we neglect our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. How much more can we take? How much more are we going to tolerate?

I noticed that I had begun to experience lower back pains, second chakra…money, relationships.

I know it’s not about the physical but the mind and heart. Shift the balance and shift it now!

This is just another sign, like my never-ending cough was a few months ago. It took me a while but I made the shift.

Now I need to meditate and take notice of what my back has manifested so that I can shift whatever it may be. I only hope that it’s not going to take as long as it did the last time.

As individuals, we all have the power to shift what is happening with us. We have the inner strength. Others need not know what the blockage is as long as you know and are willing to face the truth, even though it may hurt in some way.

Just remember, though: anything that is left to fester may hurt even more later.

    Hi Christina
I have also experienced healing via spiritual shifts….. so I agree this is preferable, but I also use alternative medical remedies. I often use medicinal herbal teas & find them very helpful. I rarely use prescription medications.
I also have used Dr. Hulda Clark’s program for over 13 years & always had good results. She has written a number of books
‘ The Cure for all Diseases ‘
‘ The Cure for all Cancers ‘
When I meet someone who is not responding to standard medical treatment & especially when their life is at risk ……. I suggest they look at Dr. Clark’s program as an option.
All the best to you & your loved ones
