Neti Pot: Powerful Cleansing Tool
I think I’ve finally hit the plateau of my cold.
When I talked to Christina about what was happening to me, she told me that the Neti Pot is a powerful cleansing tool and my body was just releasing whatever build-up was clogging my system. Great – that was something I was totally not expecting from nasal cleansing. I have not been so sick in a very, very long time and I definitely do not want to experience that again.
I have to admit that this natural healing world is just too strange for me. It’s like an episode of the twilight zone. Who would have thought that nasal cleansing would have that kind of effect?
Christina has advised me to continue with the Neti pot on a daily basis. To tell you the truth, I’m a bit scared to keep using the Neti pot because I don’t want to continue feeling so sick.
By the way, remember how I mentioned that I kept feeling like I was having a nose bleed? Well, I actually did have a couple of bloody noses between day seven and day 10, which was not fun (like bloody noses ever are)!
I still don’t feel 100%. At least my voice is back, although it still gets fatigued after long conversations.
My appetite is back too, and even though I know it is probably bad for me, I can’t wait to eat a burger after all this is over!
