 It takes me a while to get the hang of it -- being on vacation -- but slowly I let go of my daily routine and "let the good times roll" (yes, I am in New Orleans!).

Yes, that's what I said.  I'm not doing yoga this week because, well, I'm here to sit along the River and dance till my feet hurt and sample beignets and spicy collard greens. ...

I should know better, I know, I know....  I've been sick for a couple days now and of course could probably attribute it to some virus or food but know it's more stress related than anything else.

The physical world I've struggled with most is composed of bank statements, fee invoices and ideas of "credit" and "debit."  A different world of stretching and balancing!
