I recently decided to do a 30 day experiment on myself.
Wanting to do some deep cleaning on many levels, I vowed to do daily yoga for 30 days in a row!
Well, it turned out to be more like five out of seven days in any given week. Even being highly motivated, it’s difficult to create that regular of a schedule. Life doesn’t always go like clock-work.
As I regained flexibility in my physical body, I was reminded of flexibility on many other levels also. The most important thing to remember when you devote yourself to any program of change is to know that it’s not rigid, and that you’ll learn to trust your intuitive knowledge more and more to decide what’s best for you from day to day.
