The “Right” Way to Do Yoga

Margaret Kruszewska

MS_right-thing.jpgThere is no one definition of yoga, no one all-knowing teacher, no one way that is indisputably correct.

Sometimes what I see in yoga teachers and students is a false security in thinking their lineage of teachers

figured it all out and that everyone else is doing it wrong.

Like the physical practice itself, yogic practices have been flexible – stretching across many different times and places, interpreted by multi teachers for different communities.
