Moving Like the Wind
Sometimes you just don’t feel like it. I admit.
Yesterday my bones needed a rest. So while I sat looking out my window, I studied how the leaves and branches were moving in the wind.
Thousands of variations of fluttering and spiraling and rolling around in the air (I remembered that many of the yoga postures are forms from nature).
You might say I was doing my yoga by watching them do theirs!
Our bodies have that same ability to move, even though I’m beginning to feel the stiffness from old dance injuries and how I can’t jump out of bed and fly out the door, I also still feel the amazing range of movements possible around each joint.
