Missing Yoga

I’ve heard this comment so often. Someone hasn’t done yoga in a while and then finally has an opportunity to take a class and at the end they say, “I’ve missed doing yoga.” I’ve even said it myself, when I’ve been pulled away from a regular practice.

Memory forms through a regular practice. You recognize it when you step back into it. Your body remembers not only the postures but also the positive effects of the movements. If you don’t got caught up in scolding yourself , you can actually enjoy this familiarity of being back into the yogic state!
