4-1 Ground Deep
It’s been a while since we last connected with you through our Newsletter. Much has happened these past few months here at YogaHub, as with so many other individuals and businesses we’ve been in contact with. There’s been very little pause in the flurry of ebb and flow for so many of us. I hear it will be getting faster and faster. The weather all over the world seems to mirror the changes within and around each one of us. We don’t quite know what is about to come until it hits. The sunshine, the rains, the sandstorms. . . . So many individuals are becoming desperate to stay in the same place that they have been grounded in for so long. However, I believe it is times like these that compel us to seek and expand new boundaries, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally. We hope that you are able to find the time to ground your energies daily through your yoga or meditation practice. Some of you may think that you don’t have a practice, but you might be surprised. • Do you go for casual walks? You can easily transform these daily activities into meditative moments. • With each movement, be present. Feel the thoughts and emotions empty your mind and body. Enjoy the moment of being present doing whatever it is you are doing. It might just be for a few seconds… but that is a beginning. Allow the mind to flow with mantra or affirmations. It is just simple awareness. Simple “Doing”. I find it fascinating how, despite the fact that I have learned this over and over again throughout life, I still need to be reminded of its simplicity. Namaste, YogaHub Speaker AlertWe are in the midst of preproduction for our 2012 Yoga, Meditation, and the Philosopher’s Stone conference. We would like to remind all professional speakers and instructors who are interested to get in touch with us as soon as possible as we begin to compile the list of speakers and programs. Some of you might like to request an individual whom you feel you would like to learn from. If so, please feel free to contact us here at Yogahub and let us know who that might be. We will most definitely attempt to approach them to see if they would be interested in teaching during the Virtual Conference. |

What’s New at YogaHubWe recently produced and facilitated a very transformative virtual workshop entitled the “Website Creation Workshop”. We invited 5 professionals, who either needed a new website or wanted to revamp and upgrade their existing website, to participate in this workshop. These individuals and business owners were coached through a four-week intensive training course. It was one of the most exciting workshops we’ve ever produced. Not only did the participants complete the course with a fully working website within 6 to 8 weeks, but each site was incredibly customized and stylized to meet their unique personalities and needs. It was fantastic to focus with a core group and watch this development take place and unfold through the design and creation process. To get a sense of what we are capable of building, you can view below two of these sites, which showcase some of the fantastic design work from our graphics team. Megan McDonough – UGetClear.com If you are interested in building a website in the near future (or upgrading an existing one), please don’t hesitate to drop us a line. Due to the success of the initial workshop, we will definitely be conducting an encore follow-up series with a second group of individuals in the near future. However, keep in mind there is a limit of 6 people that we can accommodate at once due to the highly customized design process. For enquiries please contact us here.
