Ultimately it is about loving yourself and the rest will follow. Health comes first, without that the rest will fall apart slowly but surely.

In some cultures it still more beautiful to be voluptuous. it&#039;s really here in the US that the media encourages the Barbie Doll syndrome. 

If you feel great within, you will look great because energetically it will affect everyone and everything around you!</description>
