In February this year, we successfully completed the first ever Virtual World Yoga Conference, “Yoga, Health and Happiness.” This event not only covered topics on Yoga, but also incorporated other modalities of health and wellness to support every individual. We are continually reminded that Yoga is not only about the physical but is also about the balance of mind and spirit.

Can you believe that we had people from over 20 countries participating in this exciting event? What a promising and encouraging beginning for us here at YogaHub – and we can only grow from here!

Since the event, we have had an overwhelming response from participants and speakers. The enthusiastic reviews we received have been a positive affirmation for us to continue with our vision to link communities worldwide in finding balance in life.

Some of you may have heard of the Virtual World Yoga conference but may have been hesitant to participate, while for some others, this may be your first introduction to this innovative event.

For those of you who are curious to find out more, you may have some questions such as:

1. What is a Virtual Yoga Conference?
2. How does it work?
3. Why should I invest my time and money in something that is so new, especially when I don't know what to expect?

Believe me, we have heard those questions before and we totally understand the rationale behind your hesitancy to participate, especially during this time of economic imbalance.

But we want to encourage you to take a moment to learn more about how this Conference can change how you live your life.

Even though the live portion of the event is over, the enthusiasm and rave responses we received from so many people have prompted us to take the time to create an “Encore Event” as our way of sharing with you the experience of what it was like to participate in such an innovative and rewarding conference. To ensure that you will receive the full benefit, we are also making it possible for you to participate “live” in our roundtable discussions with several of our presenters – and that includes being able to ask your questions directly to them.

How can I begin to explain what the Conference is like? Well, I like to think of it in terms of food, like a banquet or buffet. Everything looks fantastic – the food, the presentation – but how do you really know if it tastes good? I'm sure you have encountered disappointments like this before, when you see something that looks delicious, but isn't quite as good as you expected it would be when you finally put it in your mouth.

Keeping Up

We will begin our Monthly Teleconference in May but might just surprise you by having one earlier! We'd love to hear from you about the type of information you would like us to support you with in the Yogic and Health and Wellness worlds.

Time is just flying by! We are still in the middle of post production from our Virtual Event and are now launching our “Encore Event.”

More and more individuals are joining the community and there is so much wonderful sharing of like minds.
