The First of our Tutorials and Educational Series
We are really beginning to rock here at YogaHub. Our tutorials are up
and running. At the moment, you may access them from the Dashboard, and
soon you'll be able to access them directly from the areas that you need
help with.
We really want to have your input on this, so please send requests for
other tutorials by posting an idea to our suggestion box.
On October 8th, we will open registration for the first of our
educational conference calls featuring our wonderful collaborator, Megan
McDonough, as she guides us through a two-part series of her gift,
"Infinity in a Box." The PDF of this book was part of the gift bundle
that you received. Some of you may even have ordered the hard copy,
which is available from our online store. If you haven't read this book
yet, I encourage you to do so and submit your questions ahead of time.
We will be posting the registration details and a "questions" page soon,
so keep an eye out for an upcoming email in the days to come.
These one-hour conference calls are scheduled for Wednesday, October
21st, and Wednesday, October 28th, at 5pm PST/8PM EST. These calls will
be free for all who are interested in attending.
If you are an individual in the profession of health, fitness or
nutrition, or you support these areas of balance and would like to
participate in our future conference calls, or if you know of an
individual who would be interested, please contact us and submit your
suggestions.

making a call to sort out a bill that was incorrect, or paying a bill,
or writing another blog. LOL.

Will the Neti Pot Help or Hurt? by Francesca Silva
Okay, so this is going to sound like yet another excuse not to start
using my Neti Pot.
But it's not. I'm not procrastinating this time - honestly. Let me explain.
For the last few years I've had eye problems, and last week I went for
my regular eye appointment with the glaucoma specialist. I've been
seeing him every three months for the past two years and so far
everything has been stable. Continue Reading...
