What's New in the World of Yoga: This month, we feel excited and privileged to welcome Megan McDonough, creator and founder of Mindful Marketing to our YogaHub community. In our previous Newsletter (Vol.1, Issue 14), she had announced her 21 Day Yoga Marketing Challenge for those of you in the business of Yoga, whether it be teaching, owning a studio, or an individual with a personal business goal. We were introduced to Megan through a mutual yoga aficionado, Soleil of YogaBlaze, and we immediately felt the connection that can often happen with kindred spirits. As we got to know each other better, we realized that we share the same passion, commitment, and desire to promote yoga to as many people as possible worldwide. We were fascinated to learn about Megan's innovative concept of incorporating yoga into the corporate world. As a business yogini, Megan is passionately involved in all aspects of yoga, and she is totally committed to teaching others how to use the philosophy of yoga to reduce stress and tension in the workplace. What a great idea - and a necessary niche to fill in an environment that can often be fraught with tension. Megan, in turn, was enthusiastic to hear all about YogaHub and our mission to promote yoga and a healthy, balanced lifestyle. We told her about our online community and our intent to foster a community spirit by encouraging anyone and everyone to share information, start dialogues, and offer inspirational messages while sharing their individual practice of yoga. With that said, we are pleased to have Megan start her dialog with you. Megan is a prolific writer and the author of "Infinity in a Box: Using Yoga to Live With Ease", a practical guide that shows you how "to create some sanity and inner peace amidst a busy life". Megan is articulate and witty and, as you'll see from her blogs, she writes with humour and a sense of fun. But she also challenges you to re-think your priorities about what's really important in your life. So we hope you take part in her 21 Day Challenge and also enjoy reading her personal Blogs in the My YogaHub community - we also encourage you to participate with your comments and feedback. | Volume 1 - Issue 15 YH Quick Links | Our Sponsors
