I was hoping to find mental yoga for the physically disabled, not mentally. A friend has lost movement in the left half of her body and is now in a wheel chair. Can you provide any other sources of mental yoga for the physically handicapped?

Yoga is common to all not only human being for animal being too. Your friend in wheelchair ask him to do some meditation & sitting asanas it will give him some relaxations.
