		<description>Hi! I just surfing the net reading stuff about yoga that the title Yoga for Writers caught my eye. I am a writer too and I have experienced the similar block too. infact I hadnt written anything for months, so bad that I had completely abandoned writing. 4 months ago I started doing Kundalini Yoga and meditation through some DVDs. It has helped me ease my mind and body. Last week I had an idea for a radio drama and I started writing right away. Ideas keep coming and I feel really motivated. I strongly recommend to everyone I know, writer or not, to try Kundalini Yoga!
