Question: Is it best to do at night or in the morning? Answer: Ah. . .the wonder of yoga is that it is best any time of the day.
It truly depends on the individuals themselves and how they are feeling on that day. If you are new to the world of Yoga we recommend that you try it during different hours of the day. See how it makes you feel.
In the morning you may want to try poses to energize your body. If you are about to go to sleep, you may consider poses that help relax and melt away any tensions that may have accumulated during the day.
Remember, yoga is not just about a workout, as there are areas such as breathing and meditation which can also invigorate or calm the body, mind and spirit. Most important is for you to become aware of what works best for you.
