Attending your first yoga class can be a bit overwhelming. We have selected a series of questions that we found helpful to us when we first began our practice. If you find that your concern was not addressed, please let us know and we will do our best to respond. TIP: It is important to take the time to discuss with your instructor any questions you might have about a recent injury, or ongoing back or joint pains.
