Question:
I am looking towards yoga to help me with many problems I have 1) Quitting smoking 2) Losing weight and getting into better shape 3) Body aches such as back and joint problems and 4) My mentality such as peace of mind etc...
Is there one style of yoga I can do that would help me with all four of these problems?
